Who and how are the Catalans? Everyone agrees that the food in Catalonia is great. This documentary takes a look at the basic concepts of Catalan cuisine, and in parallel the personality of the Catalan people. Featured people from the world of cooking, including Joan Roca, Carme Ruscalleda, Santi Santamaria and Cristian Escribà. From basic dishes such as "escudella" and "carn d'olla", grill, fish soup, or meat dishes, we can extract many more things from the Catalan character of what it may seem at first glance.
